The Parish of Labrador West: Fellowship and Service Groups |

Much of the Outreach and Fellowship work of our Parish is accomplished through our Service Groups. The Anglican Church Women: the ACW is one of the key organisations of our Parish, providing various types of Outreach and supporting many different Fellowship events throughout the year. The 20s/30s Group meets about once a month for a time of fellowship. If you are interested in joining us, contact the Parish Office for the next meeting time and place. The Altar Guild works throughout the year to prepare the Church for worship. The Guild is responsible for preparing for Sunday services, and for the care of the linens and the Holy hardware used at the various services. Music & Choirs: Music is an important part of our Worship! We have Choirs active in both Congregations, leading the regular Sunday Worship and providing anthems for special occasions. The Servers also have an important role as they assist the Clergy in the offering of our Worship to God. Our Youth Group provides an opportunity for Young People to come together for fun and fellowship, with regular events and outings, and special projects at various times during the year. The Men's Fellowship Group is not currently active. Men interested in reviving this group are welcome to speak to the Rector. |
